职位描述/要求：个人理财顾问（Personal Financial Consultant）

主要职责：
- 开发新客户，完成既定销售目标
- 定期针对目标客户举行宣传活动
- 在符合管理准则的前提下，对与现有银行重要客户的关系进行管理
- 积极参与银行市场营销及宣传活动，以吸引顾客
- 确保销售目标的实现，并达到银行客户服务质量标准
录用条件:
- 大学本科或以上学历
- 具备销售经验，具备银行业及金融业工作经验者优先
- 具有丰富的银行产品及服务、银行运行、企业市场、单位信托及其他个人投资服务业务知识
- 具备基本的投资辅导及分析技巧
- 具有良好的人际沟通技巧、与客户快速建立起关系的能力以及应变能力
- 具有良好的团队合作精神
- 自我要求严格，积极进取，不断提高自我
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve new business and customer acquisition goals
Source and call on individual prospects as well as organize and conduct sales presentations to groups, clubs, associations, companies and other - organizations within the assigned branch(es)
Relationship management of existing customers in accordance with established Relationship Management standards and contact model
Actively participate in marketing and promotional activities for customer acquisition and retention
To ensure aggressive sales targets for all relevant products is met, in addition to meeting client service quality standard levels set by the bank
To assist the Branch Sales & Services Manager to achieve the business targets set
selectION CRITERIA:
A university graduate
Preferably having sales experience gained in the banking and financial services industry or other industries
Sound knowledge of bank products and services and banking procedures, equities markets, unit trusts and other personal investment services are preferred
Basic investment counseling and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to deal with all levels of people, often in complex and difficult situations
Team player who shows initiative and assertiveness
Self-motivator who is keen to upgrade, improve personal knowledge and skills to meet job requirements
Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
