annual revenues of more than US$35 billion. The Company employs approximately
168,000 people worldwide, and its products are sold in approximately 200 count
ries.

The company consists of Frito-Lay North America, PepsiCo Beverages North Ameri

Many of PepsiCo’s brand names are more than 100-years-old, although the corpo
ration is relatively young. PepsiCo was founded in 1965 through the merger of
Pepsi-Cola and Frito-Lay. PepsiCo acquired Tropicana in 1998 and merged with T
he Quaker Oats Company (including Gatorade) in 2001.

Trainee Program is a 2-years’ program at maximum. It aims to build our future
pipeline of bench and leadership talents for management, engineering, Agro, s
ales, etc. We provide fast track career development for the outstanding perfor
mers after joining PepsiCo. We will have mentor, coach and buddy to support th
e trainee’ s growth and organize the networking for trainees to exchange info
rmation and build an interactive community.
