Vacancies – Wuhan
To apply for an Economist role, you must have or be about to receive an MSc in
economics or finance. Acting as a core member in research teams, you are expe
cted to have deep understanding of economic and financial theories and possess
advanced modeling skills. Technical knowledge in labour economics, financial
modelling and applied econometrics are especially desirable.
Analyst
Applications are welcomed from those with either an economics, accountancy or
statistics background for the Analyst positions. Candidates must have strong w
riting and analytical skill and a relevant undergraduate degree. Relevant work
experience and proficiency with econometric software (e.g. Stata) are highly
desirable.
Quantitative Analysts
Working as a Quantitative Analyst, you will be focusing on the development of
financial models and risk infrastructure, designing innovative tools for rapid
model deployment and producing complex components for high performance comput
ing applications. Working as part of a global team you will work on innovative
models and sophisticated analytical systems. The ideal candidates will typica
lly hold an advanced Computer Science, Engineering or Maths degree to Masters
or PhD level or equivalent from a leading institution and will be an expert pr
ogrammer with strong algorithm design skills.
You will need strong C++/VBA skills, ideally VC++ with strong STL/ATL or COM s
kills. Ideally but not essentially you will have experience of programming in
STATA (statistics package), Scilab (similar as MATLAB), SQL, FORTRAN, HTML, XM
L/XSL. Any experience in quantitative development/analytics deployment would b
e desirable but strong C++ developers holding Bachelor degree with good academ
ic profile are considered. It is great opportunity fora program developer look
