MISSION
The purpose of the Personal Development Concierge’s job is to support the
Certification Manager and assist him/her in the implementation of the process
leading to certification.
The Personal Development Concierge supports the Certification Manager in
managing the logistics and quality of Metizo Certification process both with c
orporate clients and universities. The Personal Development Concierge is often
employed for 2- year contracts or for internships.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT
Provide support on completing assignments using Metizo tools, and help the
Certification Manager identify individual personal development issues
2. OFFICE AND PROJECT PROCESS ADMINISTRATION
Fulfill daily office & project related administration requirements, such as
travel arrangements, office supply, providing required documents, cost tracking, billing and invoicing etc.
3. METIZO COURSE PLANNING
Schedule courses, handle problems of absences, Track assignments required f
or the Metizo Certificate including respecting deadlines, identify problems.
4. GUESTS RECEPTION
Welcome, support and entertain foreign guests and visitors
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor or Master degree: (majoring in HRM, psychology, Finance, E
nglish or Marketing are preferred, but are not limited to the above mentioned majors)
- No working experience required. (1 or 2 years related working experience preferred.)
- Excellent English is a must; 2nd foreign language such as a European language will be a plus.
- Good self organization, be able to work under pressure
- Service orientation: enjoy helping people; be able to identify clients’ needs.
- Quick in learning, open-minded and absorbent
- Practical and hard-working: efficient in delivering result and solving problems
- A good team-player and easy to work with, be able to support team focusing on
team rather than individual success
