The appointee will be responsible for performing legal research;
assisting in drafting and translating legal documents;
reviewing commercial
contracts;
liaison with third parties;
and other related work as assigned.

- LLB or above
- A China qualified lawyer with at least 2+ years solid practical experience in prestigious law firms or multinational companies with strong commercial background, versed in all aspects of corporate and commercial law, in particular, drafting and reviewing of commercial contracts, experience in in-house legal team will be an added
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Detail oriented, strong analytical skills, able to work independently and as a team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Chinese & English Word Processing
