Responsibilities:
Handles all shipping and operational duties pertaining to Inbound, Outbound, Transshipments, storage and Local MovesCreate and maintain job and quote numbers via the intranet environmentCut Insurance policies and handle claimsHandle complaintsVisitation of Inbound Customers (On Request)Verification of vendorsBillings and cost cardsMaintain good relation with customers/accountCarry out all tasks as detailed by the Sales Department and General ManagerCS Needs to maintain continuous billing through the month so that we do need squeeze all final billing into the final three days. It will be the responsibility of CS to Complete the Insurance report and make sure that this is submitted to Will accordingly. All insurance policies are to be cut by the CS Department. CS will need to make sure that the Estimated figures of each Job are submitted when inputting the Jobs onto the Job Confirmation. They will submit the estimated figures to the General Manager on the 15th, 20th, 25th of each Month. This will be done by email. Carry out all task as detailed by the Managing DirectorMust follow all the SOP procedures set in Place
