In searching for talents, we focus very closely on your responses to theses questions to determine who should be included in our assessment pro cess. {IMPORTANT: our system will accept your information as an application on ce you click 揝ubmit Application?} ?You paste a brief summary of your resume to one of our open-ended ques tions or attach the full resume document. About the Graduate Assessment Centre Deloitte considers every graduate application from an array of job related cri teria. Partnering with SHL, the world leader in objective people assessment b ased on the science of psychometrics, we have launched a Graduate Assessment C entre (揋AC? to search for graduate talents. Based on the profile you have submitted through our career website, we will in vite suitable candidates for the first activity of our GAC ?a process of 3 d ifferent assessment activities as below: 1. Aptitude Test ?verbal reasoning 2. Group Presentation 3. Final interview Candidates invited for the first activity will be invited through phone call b y SHL. We will also post the shortlist for the first activity on university?s career center website. For the second and third activities, candidates will be invited to the Deloitte Office through phone call by Deloitte where our Pa rtners and Managers can meet you face to face and interact directly.
