Responsibilities:
-Secretarial and administrative support
-Support daily operation activities( agenda planning, meeting and conference preparations, traveling schedule…,etc)
-Carry out the follow-up records for important matters and actions to be taken
-Documentation management and information collecting and compiling
-Office management support
Qualifications:
-Bachelor Degree.
-At least 1 years work experience in similar positions, preferably in foreign companies
-Good command of written and spoken English+ technical vocabulary understanding
-Proficiency in PC software application
-Good personality and interpersonal skills
-Must be proactive and attentive to details
-Previous Workshop experience is good to have.
