Business Manager/Personal Assistant
IPS is an Australian company. Our core business is Project Management.IPS speci-alises in managing large projects in the resources sector. Our client list consi-sts mainly of large international companies, including RioTinto, BHP Billiton,
Woodside Petroleum,Pilbara Iron, Thyssenkrupp, etc.
IPS-MACS is a division of IPS.IPS-MACS has been established in Beijing to source
mechanical and other equipment to supply to projects that IPS manages worldwide.
Due to this expansion,IPS-MACS requires the services of a suitably qualified andexperienced Business Manager to run the Beijing Office.

Duties Include:
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Payroll
Liaising with FESCO
Generating Cash Flow Projections
Interpreting(Mandarin-English)
Accompany the Australian General Manager on business trips within China
Acting as the persional Assistant to the Australian General Manager when he is
in China.
The successful condidate will have at least 3-year experience in accounting in
an office environment, have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office software,
possess excellent English and be seeking a career with an international company.
