questionnaire gift from MARS
about 2 months ago, Mars sent a questionnaire to most or all of the applicants, as an incentive, it claims the first 100 people who send the reply will get some Mars chocolate products and ask the applicants to write down their address etc.
then a week ago, i got an email from Mars. It asked the people who won the little reward to go to a designated place to fetch the gift by themselves. For probably a chocolate bar to run almost half of the city? I ll leave the readers to judge whether it's worth it or not. I would say, this is not onlya marketing failure,but most of all, it lost its fans. First of all, this is not what you have promised in the first place and sec, this is so un-Mars. How can we entrust ourselves toa company who fails to deliver a small promiseIf this is the real style of Mars, then I'm delighted that i was not on the short list of Mar's head count.
