一开始是用中文寒暄，面的叫Joe，口语是typical的chinglish。

问了十一个问题。基本上网上都有的。都提早写好了稿子。

8.How would you learn things in a new placement?

9.If you join a team, you will be with different people, what are your tacti
cs?(大概是这样，当时晃了一下，结果就开始神吹了……）

最后再补一个额外的，是否对IGP和CEL这两个program都open minded。

HR哥哥John给我做的电面，他的英文很好，所以没怎么pardon,基本都是网上可以找到
的问题，我没找到只有what is your weakness for applying this position和你在一个
新环境会怎么学习，最后还可以问他问题或自己再补充一些，我问了两个问题就结束了。
不过他说两周内不管是什么结果都回发信通知，这就省了自己乱猜了，很人性化阿~~
