我申请的是渣打银行的cel
他的网申和ig是同一个，只有在网申全部通过后才会跟你确认申ig还是cel
首先，说一下网申。我个人认为渣打的网申我做的还是比较认真的，尤其是他的oq 。他家的网申非常人性化，不会让你做无用功。即，只有成功过了一关才能进入下一个环节。一共分三部分。第一是两组性格测试，并且题量还比较大。他会对一些性格进行反复的询问，这样可以防止你说谎。如果你的答案前后不一，那他们肯定认为你是在故意说谎了。第二是shl题，他的numberical题是比较难的，我个人认为比kp、hsbc的难，我觉得做得不是很好，但还是勉强的过了。成功过了第二关后就是open question，三个oq。有一个是问你你对自己申请岗位的理解，还有个人最成功的经理，另一个oq题目我记不得了。如果oq也顺利通过的话，那么在第二天就会收到tracy的信告知你顺利通过网申并且要你等待电面。
我在网申以后大概半月才接到了他的电面预约电话。 今天下午进行了电面，面试官叫ling～他们的hr有些像问卷调查，13－15个题目，他问你答。他可以给你重复问题，但是不能回答你的任何疑问。时间控制在30－40分钟。我建议大家在回答完一个问题后，自己说that's all or thank you. 以免他没意识到你已经答完了而浪费时间。
基本每个问题的答案控制在2分钟左右，太长的话他会打断你同时也在浪费自己的时间。
