Essential Responsibilities:
"* Coordinate US engineering offices with local suppliers for electrical power generation system design and integration.

* Prepare interface control documents for designing electrical power generation systems.
* Modeling electrical power generation system.
* Thermal analysis of systems and their components.

Qualifications/Requirements:
"* PHD degree in Electrical Machinery.
* Experience in electrical system design and analysis software and Electromagnetic FEA
* Familiar with electric machine engineering drawings and electric machine manufacturing processes
* Strong communication (English and Chinese) and facilitation skills
* Possess solid cross-functional technical skills
* Experience with working in a team environment
* Self-starter with a high level of positive energy and initiative.
* Ability to expand the responsibility from electrical power generation to full electrical power systems

Desired Characteristics:
"* Experience in an engineering with focus on the development of solutions that meet the program requirements.

* Experience in electric power generation, power conversion, aircraft power system design and integration.

* Experience in thermal and heat transfer analysis.
* Experience in UG.
* Experience in leading and working with teams
