a candidate:
  
1) Smart: You will go through a paper based test. You will also have case

2) Leadership potential - This is mostly based on your social activities in
school. You can also strengthen it with the stories you tell in the
interview. They want to know that you can take leadership initiatives in

3) Personal impact: That all depends on your behavior in a interview. The
most important thing to do: be happy and energetic in an interview. All the
